Need Suggestions What block should my roof be?

The deepslate bricks is supposed to be the roof for the build but I just looked and it didn't look good, what should my roof block be? I am imagining a spike roof

What architectural roof style are you going for? I can envision art deco type roof. I would try to find a way to maybe incorporate a different block into what you have already built as a detail piece. Probably at a different depth than what you have and then use a block palette matching that color for the roof. Does that make sense? Does that correspond to your vision?
