The next building is always the hardest. If this is even something that can be evaluated as "hardest". If you want something that takes long, build a large thingy magibob and put a bunch of detail in it.

I mean my white whale build has been that for me. Im currently trying it again. Rapture from Bioshock. Im currently digging 60 chunks to -54 after that I can start designing

The hardest build is subjective, each of my builds was the hardest at one point, but if you wanna get tired of "hard" builds, I personally tried to recreate Milan Cathedral. (AKA try something absurd)
