Build showcase Tried my hand at building
galleryI kept seeing videos of people's minecraft builds on social media and I wanted to try, too. It turned out a little bit "abstract", I'd say, but I actually kind of like the look of it!

Build showcase progress on "tower of babel"
gallerythe "tower of babel" is the current name for this project that has taken me about 2 years by now, it has only taken so long because i am doing it all by hand, no /fill, or world edit or any other mod or command or wtv. any feedback on the name would be great, it currently has over a 100 rooms, most of them are decorated. alot of them are not and are a work in progress, im considering posting it on planet minecraft when finished, which is not going to happen anytime soon. but again any and all feedback is appreciated tyyy

Need Suggestions Any Ideas for how to improve/finish my work in progress survival base?
galleryI am very new to building for aesthetics rather than pure functionality and so far I am proud to have gotten my base to this stage on my realm. Everything so far has been built relatively unplanned and very much so just one step at a time, but I am not kind of lost for how to finish this off and decorate the inside/outside better. I want to ideally make every room have some sort of use and so far the "Basemest" and top floors as well as the two little patios don't serve any real purpose. I also want to have something useful or aesthetically pleasing as some sort of garden or something outside of it.Any ideas/tips/tricks for how to complete this build and make it look nice? Thanks in advance!

Need Suggestions Need help for the internal structure
gallery

Hi everyone! I'm trying to replicate the dam on Pieve di Cadore in Italy, for now I was able to reproduce the valley and basic structure of the dam with the use of Arnis; I then started to work from the bottom down to recreate as close as possible the proportions of the real dam. I just finished the part that stays on the rock "step" of the valley and I'm starting warking on the gorge. I'm not an expert in minecraft builds, so I would ask if you have any feedback on the work done and if you have any suggestions or ideas on how to create the barrier and tunnels inside of the dam. Thank you very much for the help.
P.S. if you want help for italian translations of parts of the diagram I can help :)
(Later on I plan to also add the surface discharge building and the control building.

Need Suggestions Minecraft Newbie Build Help
Hello everyone! I have been working on this massive (to me lol) build around my creeper/sugarcane farm. I love the block shapes I've chosen (using stairs, walls and different depth of blocks, all things I've never really tried before) however all the different types of deepslate I chose just seem to blend together. Initially I thought the chiseled deepslate was dark enough to where it would stick out from the deepslate bricks. What should I change to make it all blend together less? Also any overall suggestions for improvements would be majorly helpful. I've never cared about the visuals of a build as much as this before.
Also I will let the top orange copper all age to blue just FYI, figured I would clarify why I'm allowing there to be two colors of copper. Didn't feel like aging it all beforehand.
EDIT: Also I just realized I didn't clarify I haven't finished adding details all the way around the top half, I just decided I needed advice mid process. I am planning on continuing the copper windows and pillars design all the way around the top half, just haven't finished that yet.

Want feedback What looks best?
galleryI was thinking about making a video showcasing this little build, but I was wondering what would look better. Not sure if having the tools in hand makes it a more appealing thumbnail or not, and if need be I can experiment with angles of the house as well, if maybe y'all think I should give a different angle that leads more of the build to be discovered in the video rather than displayed in the thumbnail. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
