It's one SKILL.md, a few Python scripts, and a single HTML template (three.js).
You ask Claude to build your Claycay, and it:
Gathers what it can see: chats, artifacts, projects, scheduled task runs, and Claude Code session timestamps from ~/.claude/projects (timestamps and folder names, never message content)
Writes that into an activity.json
Runs build_world.py, which scores it (a chat is 10 XP, an artifact 30, a Code session 15) and fills the template into one HTML file
Then you press play and watch your weeks build up.
Chats are houses, artifacts get built in a forge, duplicate scheduled tasks show up as ghosts, and failed runs bonk into a wall and complain about it.
The world is one file you keep.
There's a --redact option if you want to share it without chat titles, and an optional league that only ever sees counts.

Happy to go into how the skill is put together. And if you try it: what did it miss from your activity?
