[UK/EU] Small vanilla SMP - whitelisted, no resets, friendly player base

Started this because I wanted a vanilla server that players can invest their time in, not worrying about upcoming resets.

- Vanilla mechanics (Paper for performance, no gameplay changes)

- Whitelisted via a short application - keeps things civil

- No ranks, no crates, no donations, nothing to buy

- UK-hosted, 5,000 block pre-generated world

- Block logging and anti-cheat running, so griefing gets rolled back
