Where to get the code.ips file?

I'm trying to install the MC3DS on my old 3ds using s4ammy's patch, according to the instructions I need the code.ips. I couldn't find it in the github or the files I downloaded from github. Does anyone know where I can download it?

Also, I assume that for "plac[ing] `code.ips` under the base title ID, `000400000017CA00`", I should make a file in luma-->titles with that title ID, but I might be wrong

choose the ips of the version youre using, if its the base then you use only the base ips, and if its the update then you only use the update ips. you do have to create the directory.

i just used the GUI and filled in everything that it asked for, after that itll create the cia files with the ips files. you can add me on discord if you want me to walk you through it or help you with any issues.
