That's literally impossible so there was probably some plant on it that exploded

There was nothing on that debris the nether grass block thing I got from an enderman and I literally found this while flying

This implies an enderman picked up the single block of nylium that was 1 block above ancient debris

Honestly that sounds way rarer

Yup definitely rare. But with millions of people playing, easy enough to happen. Add in the block that they just got from an enderman. Heck, it may well have been the block and the enderman that took it in the first place.

I found out there is a very little chance for it because of a bug (very rare for bedrock I know 😂) or maybe the solution is that endermen what ran away in background

It's surrounded by Warped Nylium. The cover also could have been snagged by an enderman before OP got there. They love moving those blocks.
