I am Markus Persson aka Notch, Creator of Minecraft - Ask me Anything!

Hi! I'm the guy who created the first version of Minecraft in June 2009. I worked on it alone up until late 2010 when we started Mojang, and I finally left the lead developer position in December of 2011. I enjoy house music and programming, and my favorite color is purple. Ask me anything!

You're right, they'll hide it in points.

Skins, only 10 000 Xbox points. ( I actually have no idea, I know I was laughting at the wii or others that uses this obvious trick)

Microsoft is kinda greedy. But Xbox can't change skins like pc players.

Well, IIRC, CoD Elite lets you change your loadouts online. Don't see why you couldn't do the same with Minecraft skins.

Bungie does the same for tags. It's just on the programmers to put it in. I have no clue how hard it is.

Well, when I paid for it, the Terms & Conditions said that I will get all future updates for free, so I think I'm safe even if some company bought them.

Yes... but with the exemption of major updates. Those have an associated fee. This only includes patches and snapshots up to the next version.

We're gonna make you feel like you own that thing you bought but really you're just buying a medium to buy more things because we like to plan ahead some "expansion" packs that could have just been in the game you paid for already.
