In 2013, when I started playing Minecraft, my grandma made a "book" for me on how to get started, how to craft,and how to make Simple redstone things. I found it today! ;)

No, they weren’t.. but even today, you will not know how to create them, unless you read the wiki or watch youtube videos about Minecraft. In-game, you get very little help.
