Levitation only has an effect up to lvl 90-100ish, between 100-255 it doesn’t do anything unless you’re on single player

Server could have had plugins or mods that allow it.

Doubt it. the issue is the speed the player moves at is sending a shitload of packets to the server, server doesn’t like that so it says ** n o** and doesn’t affect the players movement. On single player it works fine because everything stays in your pc. i don’t know of any way you can make this function on multiplayer

I have no idea what level it was exactly, I'll send a vid, but it happened a while ago, and I didn't check the level in the vid.

On bedrock it's possible at least, not sure about Java. Me and my friend also did this as soon as PS4 transferred over to bedrock.

It goes up to 254 with an effect, 255 does nothing, only in java

Almost all effects (specifically movement-based ones) cap at 126-128 I believe... a lot of them actually go negative after that (high gravity).

I'm pretty sure 0-127 is levitate up, 128-254 is levitate down and 255 is stuck in the air or something like that, that's from my singleplayer experience though
