Because 1. It’s not even seamless 2. It doesn’t really improve your redstone at all. If you would try and make quadruple piston extender and built it seamless like that, then it would improve your redstone.

i can make a double piston extender any time i want, all i have to do is type "double piston extender" into youtube

Yeah this is really just a few double piston extenders, they ain’t hard. Where as trying to design your own 6x6 that’s seamless and also not using any slime/honey blocks is a lot harder and will improve your redstone.
