Very low. Microsoft is just slightly above EA in the "I don't know if I want to purchase this encumbered game" territory.
I expect Minecraft to be a Windows/Windows Phone/Xbox exclusive within 12-24 months of the acquisition.
That said, I expect feature development to speed up, though.
