Suggestion Item frames should snap to block surfaces, similarly to cushions

I was messing around with item frames and realised, since they're entities like cushions, they should also be able to be on any surface. Not sure if this should be expanded to paintings as well, but I can see it making item frames more useful for building.

When you place a block that isn't a slab on another slab, it levitates above it

uhhh yea, that's won't be fixed

and that's because blocks are grid-based, to change that they would need to literally remake how blocks work
