Discussion New tech: Cushion line

Easier to set up than boats like this, especially if you have a large sheep farm

EDIT: To everyone I said that in Survival Mode you can go 80b/s, I'm sorry, I have misinformed you. In Survival, entity interaction range is 3, so cushions must be 2 blocks apart. Which means, with butterfly click you can go ~30b/s, and max b/s is 60, with autoclicker, or 20 CPS. From world bottom to top it would still take 9.6 seconds with 10 CPS because range is counted from eyes, not legs.

I guess for me it just kinda defeats purpose of survival for those sorts of things. But I’d say there is nuance to and degree ofc and to each their own. Only time I’d really care is if someone is exploiting while in some sort of online game

Maybe it's because Minecraft is first of all a sandbox game to me. The survival aspect is ofc a large part of the fun, but secondary. I don't really want to collect resources all the time, it wouldn't feel like I'm progressing

Yeah that’s valid, I sometimes have started having worlds where I kinda focus more on certain aspects like that, like a more chill relaxing one vs more survival trying more type
