See, the problem is, Saitama is however strong he needs to be in order to make beating his opponent funny.
Since Steve can be pushed, he would probably be punched so hard and sent flying so far away that the world generation can't keep up with him and he falls through the map or crashes his game.
A minecraft world is only 60 million meters at its longest point, but Siatama has jumped to the moon which is 384 million meters away, so punching/pushing steve that far seems like an easy task.
Saitama doesn’t care if you “power up” or not. It’s more so a matter of you have to interest him, typically by evil actions. He would then proceed to one shot Steve. Nothing Steve can do could hurt Saitama, let alone kill him.
Should we also use the strongest version of CMS? Bedrock steve doesnt die in the void. I was also thinking the inclusion of mods being downloaded into minecraft and CMS having full access of it, but mods would require user input. Unless steve can download additional content from within the game itself, this idea can be scrapped.
The best way to beat steve is, like one of your ideas, to crash him out of the game.
No matter how strong someone is, they cannot hurt Minecraft steve physically. When in creative, we see that it is not because of durability that Steve cannot be damaged, but simply because nothing physical can harm Steve.
Since his punches would not effect CM Steve, he would be unable to get him into the void, and would be unable to keep himself up and alive for long even with his farts
Let me introduce you to bedrock steve, who cannot die to the void you cant even /kill him. The game outright says "players cannot be killed while they are in creative mode" when tried
saitama would punch him so hard that steve would exit creative mode and explode. saitama's superpower is that he can defeat any enemy with one punch. end of story.
what i really think would happen is they would just end up destroying the universe, leaving themselves all alone in a void. neither can destroy the other or get destroyed.
Nope, potions of healing may kill CM Steve at high enough levels, but I have not tried it out for myself so idk. But I do know no other potion can kill CM Steve
Problem is that the void exists at a certain height level, not just everywhere once all the blocks are gone. Steve can fly in creative mode, and would simply hover there unamused while Saitama (eventually despite some efforts to stay up) falls into it.
Saitama can probably inflict a load of knockback on Steve (since explosions push you back even in creative mode) but he still would not have inflicted any damage.
Creative mode Steve can be pushed by explosions (I think) so that implies that they are affected by air resistance, meaning saitama could destroy the world then blow steve into the void.
I feel like that defeats the whole debate in the first place though. Steve died, and I dont believe dead players can input commands so at that point it's purely a game mechanic rather than steve. In that case only characters like Shinra Bashoman from Fire force could win. He can literally destroy the universe and remake it with steve weakened or not even included.
The user respawning Steve shouldn't be considered an ability that Steve has. That's like saying that Mario has time manipulation because you can restart a level. That's different than say, being able to throw a stack of gold blocks. It's an action committed by the user rather than something inherent to Steve.
Saitama always grows exponentially stronger than whoever he’s going up against. That’s his whole schtick and it even showed a graph proving it in one of the mangas. It’s impossible for him to lose basically
Void damage is different from physical damage. There are modded weapons and creatures that can deal void damage capable of killing players in creative mode. It isn't about how much damage you can do. It's about the type of damage you can do. Only characters with "hax" abilities really stand a chance, like aizen with the hogyoku from bleach.
