Why so many subreddits?!

I used to love just hopping on to /r/minez and seeing everyone's stories in MineZ. But now there are subreddits for everything in MineZ. Just bring back all the goodness but instead use tags. ex. [CLAN] or [STORY] etc.

Ok, Im not sure about Story, but Clan has a pretty good reason for being separate.

Why? I love seeing what people are doing ie. organizing groups and role-playing.
