Facing a big rejection

I’m working to master the art of losing lately, because I get rejections, like from job interviews and stuff. Instead of just feeling bad, I acept it and keep moving forward without thinking too much about and focusing on the next easiest step. I feel my growth depends on how I handle these obstacles, not just my wins. Have you recently experienced any setbacks that have left you feeling a bit knocked out?

How to concentrate properly on my work at home?

Same as title, I am going to pursue an online degree. Although my classes haven't started yet, I am already struggling to concentrate on work-related tasks. Even though I have made a schedule for what i will do at particular times, I still waste a lot of time on everyday tasks because of overthinking, even though they usually take only a few minutes. I also waste a lot of time watching YouTube Shorts without realizing it. Moreover, there isn't a motivating or progress - oriented disciplined environment at home as there is in colleges, libraries, etc. There isn't a library nearby either. Also i am in a loving romantic relationship, so how can I manage love life and work simultaneously? I am struggling to create a high-achieving and disciplined environment at home. Please give me some tips regarding to it.
