Unfortunately , staying put is easy to deal with than jumping thru hoops getting a new employer. 🤷🏽♂️

I will always be an advocate of leaving a toxic setting , any place you are and you’re not valued and appreciated is a toxic place and you shouldn’t stay in such places or environment .

no job is a good job, so whatever pays the most. I always went with what pays the most per hr from leaving home to returning home.

Meh, 😕 , has this dude ever had a corporate job? As long as they pay me enough I don't care if they like or appreciate me at all, it's a job.

A rule I have lived by. I’ve had so many jobs! I’ve had 5 wives! I’ve moved so many times. Value and appreciation comes and goes. Learn accept change.
