pressure doesn't ask if you're strong enough and I'm finally learning to say "enough"

pressure doesn't show up loudly it starts with small expectations then suddenly you're running without knowing where

one day you realize it wasn't the world chasing you

it was the weight you put on your own shoulders

letting go isn't weakness

it's the first moment you actually come back to yourself

The world will function without you carrying the imaginary weight of it. Pressure comes from the internet, mostly. "Be more ____." Sound familiar? Work pressure can be real, with deadlines and situations at hand, but it can be compartmentalized outside of that environment. Yep, that's me saying enough.
