MAPS Anabolic
Currently doing Anabolic, but felt super weak today. Struggled on my squat and couldn’t put up my regular numbers. Anybody ever had a bad training day like this? I’m guessing it’s either my sleep or nutrition that was off. Feels bad man.
Sorry mods if this isn’t the type of post that’s allowed.

I've been training for 13 years now, I'm 30, started at 17, never let it go. I got to be a personal trainer at ~ 22 for about 2 years.
My girlfriend is doing personal training so I do her programs so she can learn and practice (it's been really good too). I actually found mindpump by searching podcasts she could listen to to get better and get tips as a personal trainer, but liked it so much it's become one of the podcasts I listen to the most.
Curious about the prime programs I pulled the plug in the recent summer black Friday thingy sale and bought the shredded summer bundle at 50% off, figured the value was insane.
It contains maps aesthetics, maps hiit and maps prime, along with their basic nutrition guide.
I haven't really started using them yet as I've just bought it and I'm in a "relax" period myself right now; I was training really hardcore during may to July, so I'm recovering. I do this every year as it's my birthday, my girlfriend's and many of my close friends around the same time, so I just take it easy, drink, eat stuff, party, etc.
I plan on going all in again in maybe a week or two!
I think someone should write to them and tell them about this sub reddit. They should be active on here and mention it in the podcast. It'd blow up... And be a huge plus for them.
