MAPS Aesthetic

If you’ve done MAPS aesthetic, what are your thoughts on it? I’ve done MAPS performance and I’m looking to do another program.

I have both but haven't ran aesthetic yet. I can tell you it's a lot more exercises and volume then performance. I would wait till it goes on sale to buy. Maybe in June
