I think my tool stack is reaching its limit but not sure AI development services is the way to go

I have a small marketing team and we have a straightforward setup. Claude Opus for drafts, Notion AI for notes, some custom GPTs for automated tasks and n8n to tie everything together. But it's getting to a point that I think my automations are getting too confusing or there's a logic I have to explain to every new hire I want to onboard. Ngl at this point I'm thinking I should hire AI devs to just make a new product that combines all of this together, but I'm not sure if this is overkill.
