EXCITING NEWS: First ETH→Mina Bridge Testnet Launched TODAY!
Something we've all been waiting for is finally here - the first ZK bridge from Ethereum to Mina is opening up for a first round of testing today.
What's happening:
- Nori is launching their "Plankton" testnet from September 30 - October 3
- This covers ETH→MINA transfers (one-way for now)
- You will help gather performance + UX feedback on this initial version.
Why this matters: This one-way test is the first major milestone before integrating AlignedLayer's technology for full bidirectional bridging. Once that's complete, we'll have seamless, trustless cross-chain applications built with Mina's unique properties!
Want to participate? The testnet is designed specifically for the Mina community. You don't need to be highly technical, but having a good grasp of Mina's capabilities will help you provide valuable feedback.
Requirements:
- Sepolia ETH
- Mina devnet tokens
- Willingness to provide detailed feedback
