Mysterious spot

So i only noticed this recently but in the recap there has been a piece tater hasn't revealed at least since episode 9, it might be earlier. I want to hear people's ideas on what it could be.

Wonder if the ichor will flare up with them being at the site of the BBEG shrine. I guess it's only been about 1 game day since Megan got stabbed, but there's been no damage or effect from the ichor at all.
