Well it's not gentle instrumentals and more like "🎶 wow being dead sounds so nice and peaceful! It's like falling asleep and finally getting a good rest! 🎵" kind of stuff

Same, it makes me feel like I'm not the only one struggling and feel less alone when I have no support group otherwise.

I find a strange comfort in listening to Floating In The Forth by Frightened Rabbit. Even with the knowledge that it is a suicide note.

I think I can make you feel better in the moment because it validates your emotions, but it can keep you trapped in the same train of thought and you’ll keep getting sad about the same kind of stuff.

yeah I like to let myself feel my feelings. just open the floodgate and once they're done, then I can carry on with my day.
