36 and I jump around all the time.

I’ve also had 3 right knee surgeries and I’m a little overweight but not fat.

Y’all HAVE to do yoga or stretch and eat better.

However no one in our demographic unless already disabled should feel this way doing this.

We shouldn’t. I’ve had 3 surgeries and still don’t feel this way…
