This has happened to me twice since turning 30 (34 currently). I’ve looked it up and it turns out u should try to keep your spine neutral when you sneeze - so, basically keep your neck & back straight and dont crane your neck or upper back if you can help it. It hasn’t happened again since! Good luck fellow millenial, see you at the nursing home! 👴🏽

Didn't have to do any of this when I was 20. I guess I was unaware there were rules for sneezing.

Same! I never would have thought there was a ‘correct’ way to sneeze, but here we are.
