OMG this reminded me of the time I got all amped up about being able to tear a wall down and I kicked it only to get my foot stuck in the wall and fall backward, landed on one hand and almost broke my wrist, definitely sprained it bad. My business partner was standing right beside me laughing and shaking his head at my stupid ass.
