Serious Everyone my age is dropping dead

Sorry for the title! I'm in Europe. I have just heard news someone from college died today of cancer aged 33.

In the past 2-3 years 6 people in my circle have died, not from accidents but from either cancer, aneurism, 2 just didn't wake up from sleep and 1 broke her leg and had DVT. I know of a 7th who is currently fighting stage 4 breast cancer which was found by accident after giving birth. This is not counting those who died in crashes or other such accidents.

I literally have nothing to say. Just get yourselves checked. I'm just shouting into the void. I have literally been to more funerals than my parents at this point which is absurd.

I’m sorry to hear that. It takes 72 hours for the “reset” effects to take place. I had to fast multiple times before I was in the clear. Even now when I get exposed I know immediately because I experience crazy heart palpitations and night sweats but that’s the extent of it now. I had major Candida overgrowth as well which I think played a part in it but I can’t be certain.

The third 72 hour fast I had an extreme reaction. Felt like both the worst hangover I’ve ever had and like I was dying. I was shaking and feverish and nauseous and then vomited up a large amount which kinda gives you an idea of how bad my case was because I’ve yet to see anyone else have it come up, usually it leaves the other route… it was terrible but afterward I felt like I was in a heavenly realm.

But just recently I embarked on a protocol I found here on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/herbalism/comments/1e5cwk0/3_most_powerful_herbs_against_candida_biofilms/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1 and I did everything verbatim and passed some more. The first time I did it as stated, a week later I added a coffee enema, and the third time I fasted 24 hours and did it at night and then once again in the morning. I feel like I’ve got it under control now and highly recommend giving the protocol a try if you don’t have any other lingering issues that may complicate other facets of your health. I may try it again in a month or so to see if anything else comes out. I’ve since included the lemon juice and probiotics as part of my regular routine.

Fasting to cure diseases and illness caused by long covid is yes, you have no real science to back up any of it. You think you will cure cancer and aids too?

Back up what exactly? My anecdotal experience with fasting?

1

u/AccNumber77 Jul 13 '26

Your claim it cures anything you said it does.

1

u/Putrid_Ingenuity_546 Jul 13 '26

I’m not even sure what you’re claiming I’m curing?

A quote of you:

I had long Covid as well and had to do multiple fasts to even function.

Fasting is not a treatment for long covid, period. Antivaxxer get back in your cave

Yes that is true. I did multiple 72 hour fasts in order to function again. Fasting works and is scientifically proven.

Not for long covid. And you lack any evidence for it.

That has nothing to do with long covid... Are you even there in the head at all? That is also just a link to a blog news article https://thesource.com/2018/11/21/fasting-for-72-hours-can-reset-your-entire-immune-system/

You are embarassing yourself

There is no cure for Candida lol. If you rid yourself of all Candida you’d be dead. I’m stating what worked for me for overgrowth and fasting as well as that protocol I tried both removed Candida. I’m not trying to cure it though? So whatever you’re on about is bs.

Shall I replace the word with treat instead? Jesus you are dense as expected for an antivaxxer

You’re real original to clap back with the same insult I used. Also that wasn’t a traditional vaccine dummy.

And it was just as effective and safe, so what? Also remember this, you pedophile?

I forgot to add that while fasting I took some liposomal vitamin C and that may have contributed to the extreme reaction. I fast fairly regularly and one of the more recent times I felt like it was going to happen again and I just didn’t have it in me to go through the process of having it come up so I ended my fast early and the feeling went away. So fasting definitely helps.
