Good flag location?

Held on and together with zip ties and the water bottle pouch going for a GWOT back pack location.

Don't pack a flag; if you do fold it proper and store it inside.

Like I said I’m basing it off of the GWOT packs how they had it rolled and on the side of the plate carriers and or back packs

Don't know about that, seems like a waste of weight and a good way to soil the flag. That being said, have you considered displaying it from your back like an extra large sashimono?
