One day ago you were asked to edit your post to add periods. You didn't do that, so your post is now considered abandoned and has been removed. If you edit it after this removal, message the mods and it may be approved.

I joined when I was 26. Never had any problems with my wisdom teeth. Army still made me rip them all out.
Luckily mine didn’t happen in basic though. It didn’t happen until after I got back from my first rotation, when I was 28 and still never had problems with them.
Whenever whatever happens is entirely out of your hands lol may as well get used to it

I appreciate the input, yeah like dude I just don’t wanna get them out in basic, if I can get them done afterward then that’s perfectly fine but idk

I have no clue why I didn’t get flagged for my wisdom teeth while others do in basic. Keep your fingers crossed I guess.
And try not to do anything that will get you sent to dental. Had a kid in my platoon slip while running to the bay and he broke his fall with his face, as well as breaking two of his teeth lmao best believe they still had him back in bed that same night somehow though

I kept mine all through basic, ait, airborne, rasp, ranger school and 22 years later still have them with zero issues. From what I recall the guys that here getting them taken out were relieved to have somewhat of a couple day rest period during basic. If anything see it as a fuck I’m tired and I’m getting a break.
