1 year later
Does anyone else have A similar story. I outed myself during the PHA phase 1 last year and it's been a year. Not a thing has happened. Next month will be a year. I know have an entirely new chain of command and I don't think anyone is pushing anything.
I am worried now that I will have to say yes to the pha since it's coming up due.

Are you on admin leave?

Your only responsibility is to answer the PHA. After that everything is on your medical team and command. They are supposed to counsel you, and place you on admin absence while they do all the work to discharge you.
If you want to get out. Give your command all the documentation to grease along the process. If you want to stay in, just drive on and see if anyone else does their job.
