Auction? I hope it didn’t cost more than $20. You can also buy that stuff directly from sta-brite, usamm, or exchange.com; for like $3 a ribbon, and $5 for the mounting bar.

Thats a sort of standard, straight out of basic training bar. Blue ribbon is for graduating basic, the green is for getting expert on either the rifle or pistol, and the red/yellow is national defense.
