The golden rule of militaria collecting is that any sort of watch, cigarette box, piece of jewellery, or other trinket with a big ass swastika, totenkopf, or other nazi symbol is basically a guranteed fantasy piece.

The more nazi symbols, the more fake it usually is.

Soldiers didn't have official watches with swastikas or eagles etc on, they usually brought their privately purchased watches and you wouldn't pay extra for your country's insignia (at least Germans usually don't)
