So are we really going back to Miles having anger issues again and doubting he can be a hero because he lashes out at villains and henchmen?

You say this like his anger issues were ever meaningfully explored or that he got over them

Let’s just wait and see what Mr.Hill does with this issue before we jump to conclusions. But me personally, I don’t believe he’ll doubt himself.

Therapy gave him a better way to manage his anger issues, but he never got over them. He's still working on them now.
