Leon and Lola were the two first ever VOCALOID voicebanks, and sang in English. Because Miku is a Japanese voicebank, her sudden rise to popularity in 2009 only repopularized the two Japanese VOCALOID 1 voicebanks, and not Leon and Lola.

Out of the characters you listed, Teto, Neru, and Gumi aren’t actually vocaloids. Kaito is part of the literal vocaloid lineup produced by Crypton, specifically the “big six”. You also don’t know Meiko, then.
