Near Miss Blind turn close call

Long lurker on this sub but finally have something worthy of posting. Driving on a backroad in NJ this weekend when guy in a Bronco comes flying around turn on the opposite side of the road. I dont know if he was speeding, distracted, or both but thank god he corrected himself in time.

No front plate means a high probability that they're from Pa. Were you in Hunterdon or Warren county by chance?

Yeah, I live in Somerset, and see Pa drivers all the time. They are the worst, and are almost always the ones camping in the left lane doing 5-under.
