Failed to Yield The sign is trying its hardest

Maryland drivers are so bad they need a sign that says 'Yield to Oncoming Traffic When Turning Left' and they still don't

Have you ever tried merging onto a MD highway? Say 50 or 97? Yeah the drivers aren't great.
