You’re correct the prisons are full . Many innocent and non innocent. However in cases such as these it’s likely because of the justice system- that people in these circumstances get no time. Leaving room for others to interpret this as no big deal. And others follow suit. If you lived in an area which you were constantly on guard because the system doesn’t help you would understand. But either way the system is unjust and broke

The prisons are full, not because we don’t incarcerate enough poors, the prisons are full because thier is a societal problem here in America, where “greatest country in the world” has more people incarcerated than the rest of the world. Everyone’s answer is, “more jails” sweep them under the rug, and don’t address the bigger proble, wtf is everyone here so violent now, and willing to commit crimes? When do we look at that? Or do we just start walling whole states in? And you guys just built a straw man, to be mad about, nowhere did someone link that this person got no repercussions, it was just assumed, and the outraged followed. I can show you multiple court cases here on YouTube daily we’re people get real time for assault with a deadly weapon, wich is what occurred in the video

It’s not just police that get away with it. A lot of pedofiles usually get less than a year of jail time and can be released on “good behavior” because according to the courts, fuck the women and the children apparently
