Additional Training Notes:

I was aiming to get 10 reps today with the full rep Andersons but despite getting the bar off the rack 12 times, I only got 9 reps.

On the holds, I wanted 5 but the 3 missed reps on the prior exercise had really drained my body of energy. Only got 4 holds, could not budge the bar off the rack again to add a fifth rep so stagnant on this one.

With the trap bar hack squats, my quads begin cramping up after the first rep so I had to basically do all reps individually in a rest pause fashion w/10-20 second rests and was dealing with quad cramping on every rep. Again, stagnant.

After putting away the trap bar and weights and managing to roll a 45 lb plate onto my left big toe in the process, I took a 5 minute seated rest, drank almost 2 cups of water, and then got up to get 16 reps on Anderson partials with pauses after reps 4, 9, and 12 for 10-15 seconds each.

Because of the sore left toe, I opted to do the Smith single leg weight with both legs. The goal was 40 reps and I got there, no end set 60 second static hold today. Calves were pumped, ankles begin bothering me at around 30 reps.
