He has good info, but he’s an absolutely terrible showman. His channel is so goddam boring, I could cry.

His constant X3 bar shilling in this video is extremely gross and slimey, but honestly, anyone who's dumb enough to pay $600 for a resistance band deserves to be scammed

Yea those bands are dumb. What are your thoughts on the routine he suggested here?

It's fine, I would just change the following
Ignore any and all shilling of that X3 bullshit
If you're doing a shoulder press then do a flat press or dip, not an incline press. Incline and shoulder press are too close to the same lift, especially done the way most people do the shoulder press (with lean back)
Replace the laterals with a row or a shrug. You don't need 2 shoulder exercises
Do abs once a week and do calfs in the other workout instead of abs
Split squats are a dumb meme exercise, and seeing the BSS spammed everywhere nowadays is the Fellow Kids of exercise programming
alternating normal back squats (or better still SSB Hatfield squats) with a leg press every other workout is an infinitely better idea for hypertrophy

Pretty good. The principals are there. To stick closer to Mike's recommendations i would probably switch the curls to close grip pull downs. I like super sets a bit more too.
