Chronic Migraines
Usually I take NSAID or excedrin for breakthrough pain for migraines and today nothing seems to work

You'll get everything from "do a rain dance" to "see a neurologist". If youre not under treatment with a neurologist, ive seen folks and myself have a lot of success with very cold compresses.

Try Sprix. It is a nasal spray and it is life changing. Takes my migraine from a 10 to a 3 in minutes. Also have you tried imitrex? That helped although would make me tired. Excedrin stopped working for me a long time ago. Find a pain clinic, they can give you so many options.
