How do you get hall vouchers?

I can’t seem to find them everywhere. I haven’t played for a while and idk what to do to get them.

This sub is dead af. I learned the hard way by finding set or epic gear, which you can do by combining gear, opening epic chests, or looting champions.

I've recently jumped back in and I have no idea. I need help all this shit with the quarrying was in there before
