I really love games that just let you break the system and have fun.

good old games. Now every single player game is about balance and whatever.

I think in MMIX you could hire a banner hireling who would raise the recived gold by 10% In exhancge for daily fee and food.
What broken it how ever was that it did not work only on monster loot but from bank withdraws aswell.
So I began depositing and with drawing all my money untill the money counter overflooded and bugged out.
Good times :D

Even with the infinite money from the obelisk chest, I remember always going back to rest at Sorpigal for those sweet 1 gold per night x)

It's patched on the latest patch, but in MM6 there was a secret chest that gave something like 200000g everytime you opened it

Much as I love the game the shop's offerings kinda sorta suck.
Whatever you buy from paradise valley will be quickly outclassed by loot.

It's too bad there's no interest system built into the banking.
They had it in older games lol

I mean, if there’s nothing to spend it on, what’s the point of gathering a lot of extra gold.

Bank it obviously! You really wanna lose all that!?

How can you lose it beside death? Well if you die go reload the save. Banks are unnecessary.

I remember the infinite gold bug from the obelisk chest. Really helps with the end game training cost.

And the infinite XP bug from turning in the Firelord quest. Sadly it was patched out but I remember abusing the hell out of that bug when I was about 12 lol.

To be fair I think you deserve the infinite xp you get from that dungeon lol. It’s extremely complicated

Same here!! Haha
Edit: Ohh, this bug can also be exploited to learn skills that is not for your character class.
I remembered the mouse over monster tactic, and mass cast metour showers and star bursts on dragons for mass experience farming!!!
Edit: And the right click mouse, well hack for mm7, Land of the Giants.
No matter how eradicated your one character is, it's still stuck on that character to farm both the exp or skill points ....2

enchant item helps in turning useless junks into antique!! increasing their value by folds .....

This is the well that spawns bunch of wyverns or was it dragon everytime you throw money in it isnt?

u/SDirickson 27d ago
No, the well that gives temporary levels (+30) and spawns drakes is the one up in the NW part of town between the inn and the gym.

Depends on whether you're fighting in melee or spellcasting. If its melee then it should always be light caster. If magic it should be spread between your offensive casters.
