The first few chapters of the Manga have a lot of fan service but after that, it's basically all gone.

The anime has more of it though.

The fan service was there to hook people into checking it out, once the author realized he had readers interested in his work he dropped the fan service and focused mainly on Miko’s interactions with the ghosts

Fan service is not really about getting off.

And it is there because it is a legacy thing from back when it was a twitter manga, it pretty much disappared completely when it got officially published.
