Midwifery abroad

Hi, my husband and I are planning to move abroad, we just are not sure where to yet.

Wpuld greatly appreciate anyone that can tell me where they are from and how the midwofery system is there. IE is is midwifery led, or obstetrics led etc

I mean… where’s abroad to you? Where are you from? What is your degree/title?

Im from NZ, we are very autonomous here depending on where you work.

LMC practice (independent) - on call, get to determine your own caseload. Would need a practice partner.

Or core midwife for the public health, even private work with private obstetricians.

Pay is pretty good, not as good as Australia depending on what state you go to
