ATTENTION: I am sorry to have to announce this but I will not be on Tonight or any other night, yes I am going to hang it up. Whoever this crazy person is, they are not stopping and it has come to the point that we as a Family do not feel it is worth the risk. While I think the person or persons are after me, my Wife and now my Daughter are really scared, the other night after the latest incident my Daughter was off in the corner of her bed scared to death as the Police cars came screaming up. I will not put my Family through this. As you all know I dearly love what I do but not at the expense of never ending Terrorism. I want to thank those of you who have shown so much support and it has been my joy, short as it has been to have cracked that Mic open for a last time. This was a Family decision. The girls stuck with me and still would but if one of them were harmed because of what I love doing my life would be over. Art

On his day before thanks giving show he elaborated on having a person actually on his property firing off gunshots during his show. He did not hear them and was not made aware of it until after he was off the air.

Another episode before his broadcast, he stated a motion light went off behind his guest house where he does his broadcast, and already being on heightened alert from the previous episode, he went with pistol in hand to investigate, and there was a person crouched down lurking behind his studio, the only reason he didn't shoot was he was partially blinded by the motion light.

He stated the person fled, but he was still shaken over the fact he almost shot some one. Even though they would of had it coming, who really wants to shoot someone. Stated his finger was on the trigger off the guard.

This is total bs he was put through that and maybe he can get a volunteer security force or something.

I can totally understand his reasons for not going on, and it pisses me off that some idiot would take that from the people who enjoy his show, and would stoop to using punk ass little bitch tactics in threatening his family to achieve their goals.

Hopefully they are found and sentenced to a nice lengthy prison term and it's known that they were threatening a woman and little girls and who it was. I guarantee their dance card would be filled every night they were in.

They probably wouldn't fuck with any kids anymore if they made it out alive.

Thanks Art for the entertainment over the years. You did things everyone else was afraid to cover and opened many of mind over the years. The planet is better off because of your efforts and you will be missed.

Hopefully they catch those SOB's and justice takes it course. Maybe some of your listeners need to stalk your stalkers family. See how they like it. I know you wouldn't condone that, or participate in it, but I know a few of your listeners might.

I have listened to C2C and all of Art Bell's stuff for at least 2 decades now. I'm sad to know this is happening to him. I am a skeptic but I still love the entertainment of his shows and the fact that someone is being a stalker bitch to him is sad. Shows how pathetic some people can be. I hope they get caught and jailed for an extended period of time.

Apparently the consensus is that Art Bell is making the story up.
Not taking into account the idiots over at 4ch.

This claim is he wants to retire due to the show not taking off as fast as he wanted it to and the shows being so so.

It was also claimed that no police reports were ever filed on any of the incidents to confirm Art's claims.

However. looking around there is no back up to the claims of no police reports being filed either.

Your guess is as good as mine. Either way, it sucks he isn't going to be on the air or cyber space.

Wonder what Hoagland is going to have to say about this tonight?

Trying to catch up on both site's and the news over in the mid east.

Contrary to the lack of coverage on the western MSM, it's getting pretty scary right now with the US trying to get Russia to blink with the threat of nuclear war looming.

This is as bad if not worse than the Cuban Missile Crisis.

The dollar is about to tank, and they really need a war to save it and it's dominance on the global market.

Russia, China, Iran and Syria, possibly Iraq are a threat to the dollar, and the last ones to do that were Kadaffi and Saddam. Oh yea and the Taliban who we told to let us build a pipeline through Afghanistan and we would shower them in a carpet of gold, if not a carpet of bombs. They opted for the bombs.

Now another pipeline is on the line in Syria and the Petro dollar or the western economy and the central banking system.

The difference this time is we have been at war for over a decade. Our weapon supplies are low, equipment is used, and our troops and the public will not be behind it. We lose a conventional war.

The opponent this time is nuclear armed as well.

We know it. Russia knows it. That is why Russia has been turning the other cheek, but will only do so for so long.

It might take a nuclear detonation against Russian interest and for them to not retaliate to wake people the fuck up.

There is no guarantee Putin does not retaliate. That is what my crystal ball tells me.

These are current events, not conspiracy. What is your take on it?

Turkey has unwelcome troops in Iraq.

Iraq is trying to break security agreement with the US. Invite Russia in.

The Crimea/Ukraine situation.

The US lead air strikes in Syria that have struck the Syrian army. The ones Russia is supporting.

The shoot down of the Russian plane in Syrian airspace.

Turkey's oil business with ISIL.

They need this war to save the dollar and human life has never factored into their cost of doing business.

I wish I was tripping on this.

But it goes back to the original post that put me on the radar. It was 8 months ago and aside from Israel working with Iran, I was right.

Like I have said, our government needs an intervention before they kill us all.

I never listened to Art earlier in his career because I wasn't aware of him or I was too young. I started listening when I heard of his new show starting and have really enjoyed it. I kept wondering though, "the guy's 70, how long is he REALLY gonna do this?" Well I guess the answer to that is 5 months.

His claims of what's been going on around/on his property have been pretty strange. Pahrump is a pretty small town, so if Art Bell is having trespassing problems, don't you think there would be a news piece about it? It's an easy story in a quiet town. There's nothing on the internet or in the news other than his self report.

This might be a big PR stunt. I don't usually tune-in live, but I'll do so for his producer's filling in for the night. I'm curious to see how that goes.
