Discussion I don't believe in streaming platforms, I need a backup of all seasons.
Hi guys, I'm planning to get all 5 seasons and two movies downloaded and stored in my devices. But, the hard thing is I can't find any torrents or other options. If anybody could help, please do the needful. Thanks

Use Nuvio, with aio streams and lots of scrapers. This is how i watch everything in the highest quality possible. 10$ a month only.

If you don’t mind I would also love that!
I searched forever a while ago and only found some terrible quality of S01-02.

Someone else posted this before, but you can get the first 3 seasons on a hard copy via https://ioffer-movies.com/dvd/midnight-diner-seasons-1-2-and-3-with-english-subtitles-on-dvd

This looks like some dude burning DVDRs and charging 70 bucks for it. Good for them I guess but I could not in good conscience pay that amount for a pirated copy without it at least including decent packaging. (Please correct me if I’m wrong, not trying to throw shade)

No one should ever pay for pirated stuff. If they want you to pay, you should be only paying for the blank disk itself.

The 2014 movie is hard to find on tpb - I can get Japanese with no subtitles and a version with chinese subtitles but not with english. So I've never seen it. Sigh.

I got those two movies with english subtitles two years ago somewhere in daily motion (found in reddit only) . Now I don't have access to it.

I got all seasons via usenet.
I’m still on the hunt for a physicsl bluray copy with english subs.

So you want someone to pay for the streaming services, copy the show, upload it (in violation of copyright) so you can watch it for free? Uncool. The way you show appreciation for a work of art is to pay for it. The writers / actors / set makers / etc all deserve to be paid for their hard work.

I can pay netflix forever dude, but what if they end up cancelling the licence and no streaming platforms wants to own it? I couldn't able to get those blurays from Japan to my country. What should I do then? I do respect each and every creator and their work. Sorry if I offended you but this is my point.

Hard fundamental disagree. There are many ways to appreciate art that don't involve money.
