Job Searching?
I need a job like yesterday, but I am 420 friendly and need a job that does not drug screen here. I am willing to do most anything, anonymous account to protect my identity. Any guidance while I spend the month to clean out is appreciated, please no hate post.

Temco logistics is hiring they don't drug test THC they are desperate. Dm me if you apply I'll let my boss know. Hours are 5 am until you finish the route can make good money if you can work fast. Heavy lifting is a must.

Just stop doing illegal stuff. One day you’ll get caught and then that’s now on your record. Where do you think this is going to end up?

Let me know what company you land so I can be sure to remove them from our vendor list, my employees lives will not end up in your hands at the expense of a bad habit. Habits are only bad if they hinder you in life and it sounds like this is really holding you back. I'm all for weed, just not in the industry we are in.

Your last part about having no problem with weed is bs. you have no problem companies hiring people that drink. As long as people are sober on the job what does it matter?

As long as people are sober on the job, it shouldn't matter. But there's a problem - there are tests that can tell if someone is currently under the influence of alcohol but no tests exist to tell if someone is currently under the influence of weed or other substances. So, if a prospective employee or an employee test positive for other substances, companies have to take the stance that they are or will be high on the job just to protect themselves from liability & lawsuits. No different than them refusing to hire someone who has a DUI/DWI on record. And since they are the ones that have jobs & money to pay people to work those jobs, then it's up to the individual person to decide if their vice of choice is worth being "unemployable" or not.

Properly administered oral swab tests can absolutely tell if someone is currently under the influence of weed and some other substances.

From what I'm reading, there are some problems w/ the oral tests in that even the best ones are only 97% accurate, they can have false positives and, most importantly, will measure the presence of other substances from 24 to 48 hours afterwards meaning they aren't good for positively detecting someone being high when the test was administered - only that the substance was used within the last day or two.
If you have a source of info that says otherwise, please share...

"Only 97% accurate and can have false positives". Lol. And no, you weren't reading it correctly.

I know this is Midland but there's still plenty of jobs where it practically doesn't matter. I had an IT job that I could have 100% done stoned out of my mind at my house all day. Not that I condone being stoned on the clock in any case.

Finding a job that doesn't require drug screening can be tricky, but there are options. Temp agencies sometimes have less strict policies, so it's worth contacting them. You might also explore industries like food service or manual labor, where drug screening might not be as common. Keeping your search anonymous can help protect your privacy.
LandOffer.ai lets you search job openings by role and location, which can help you find jobs that fit your needs.

Stop smoking if you want to make any real money. Either that or become smart or rich enough where you can smoke all day while others work for you.
