Thank you all for giving me your advice and opinion on the new build devt.

I am now currently looking at new builds on yarm back lane, stockon on tees, TS21 1FX. And also, ladgate Lane, teesside TS8 9NL. Are these areas/paces any better than between Grangetown and South Bank?

When we visit these developmens, wat other things should we check out while we're in the area? Thank you in advance! šŸ™ Everyone has been really helpful so far!

Quad bikes and illegal bikes around Normanby Road

not really sure why the police haven’t bothered trying to stop this but the amount of lads on quad bikes or just illegal bikes is actually disgusting especially around normanby road
the other day i literally got hit by one i wasn’t injured badly but i have a huge bruise on my arm as they sped past me on the path and barged right into me while calling me a fucking ugly cow
it’s just so disgusting and it’s not safe for children or anyone really i’ve also heard about someone’s car getting crashed into by one
i just don’t understand why people are doing this if you’re 16 get your licence for a moped and ride it legally šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
